Personal Care

RP CARE can assist you with a range of personal care and everyday tasks, such as showering and dressing, shaving, bed-making, washing and hang-up, ironing, medication; meal planning and preparation; shopping; and house and yard work. Our focus is on ensuring you are able to maximise your independence. We do this by helping you to build the skills you need to meet your goals. We recognize that there is no ‘one size fit all’, so we work with you to tailor supports to your specific needs, wants and goals.

Domestic Assistance

Our disability home care services extend to a range of support options for around the home. These include, but are not limited to: cleaning, mowing, garden maintenance and other essential work that you are unable to complete yourself.

Respite & Social Support, Community Access

RP CARE priorities assisting you to be as autonomous as possible when it comes to making decisions and living your life. We are your disability service providers and support you to develop the skills you need to meet your goals. Our supports include things like peer support, training and mentoring to complete a range of daily living tasks including shopping, attending appointments, paying bills, travel training, participating in social and recreational activities, developing social skills and building relationships.

Behaviour Support Plans

Our specialist team at RP CARE is skilled in the development of Behaviour Support Plans, which outline strategies for a participant, their family and support people to reduce and/or eliminate behaviours of concern. As an NDIS provider, we can assist with the whole process, from the development of the plan, to the training of a team of support.
